Doctoral thesis "Resistance gene identification through advanced host-pathogen genomics in the Xanthomonas-ryegrass pathosystem"

Congratulations to Florian Goettelmann for completing his doctorate under the supervision of Dr. Roland Kölliker. In his thesis, Florian investigated potential bacterial virulence factors through comparative genomics approaches and identified several candidate genes for bacterial wilt resistance in Italian ryegrass.
