In the framework of the IMPSEED project (a collaboration between Agroscope and MPB), seed from several thousand Italian ryegrass plants will soon be harvested in order to provide the basis for elucidating the genetic control of seed retention in Italian ryegrass. Congratulations to Jenny Peter, Linda Schlatter, Maria Wiederkehr, Christoph Grieder and everyone involved in this impressive effort.
